The Platform is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise officially connected to the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan ("SECP"), the State Bank of Pakistan, any listed company, broker, asset manager, or regulator. All trademarks, company names and index names referenced on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Nothing on this Platform creates any contractual, advisory, brokerage or other relationship between you and us beyond the limited terms expressly set out in our Terms of Service. We may add, modify, suspend or remove any content, feature or data at any time without notice.

2. Not Financial or Investment Advice

The Platform does not provide, and nothing on it should be construed as, financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting, taxation or any other professional advice, nor a recommendation, solicitation, offer or invitation to buy, sell, hold, subscribe for or deal in any security, share, derivative, fund, commodity or other financial instrument. The market data on the Platform is collected (scraped) primarily from the public PSX Data Portal and other publicly available sources, and is then processed and presented by us. We do not originate this data and we have no control over its source. Accordingly, the data:

• may be delayed and should not be assumed to be real-time or live;
• may contain errors, omissions, gaps, duplicates or inaccuracies arising at source or during collection, processing or display;
• may be incomplete, out of date, or subject to revision, correction or restatement;
• may be interrupted, unavailable or fail to update due to source changes, technical faults or maintenance.

All content is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any representation, condition or warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You should independently verify any figure against official PSX sources, company filings and your broker before relying on it. The official records of the Pakistan Stock Exchange and listed companies prevail over anything shown here.

4. Automated Forecasts and AI-Generated Content

Certain features of the Platform — including price forecasts, projections, trend signals, scores and narrative summaries — are generated automatically by artificial intelligence, machine-learning and statistical models that operate on historical and publicly available data. These outputs are experimental, probabilistic and produced without human review on a per-result basis.

• Forecasts are estimates only and may be materially inaccurate, biased, incomplete or simply wrong.
• Models can "hallucinate", misinterpret data, or fail to anticipate market events, news, corporate actions or shocks.
• Past performance, back-tested results and historical patterns are not a reliable indicator of, and do not guarantee, future results.
• No forecast constitutes a promise, assurance or prediction that any particular price, return or outcome will be achieved.

10. Limitation of Liability

• any interruption, suspension, unavailability or termination of the service.

You agree that your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
