1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, browsing, registering for, or otherwise using the Service in any manner, you accept these Terms in full. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case "you" and "your" refer to that entity. Your continued use of the Service following any modification of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the Service.

2. Definitions

• "PSX" means the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited and its publicly accessible data portal.
• "Market Data" means prices, quotes, volumes, indices, corporate actions, fundamentals, and related information sourced from public PSX feeds and other third parties.
• "Content" means all text, charts, indicators, analyses, forecasts, scores, code, graphics, logos, and other materials made available through the Service.
• "AI Forecasts" means automated, model-generated predictions, signals, scores, or projections produced algorithmically by the Service.
• "User Content" means any data you submit, create, or store through the Service, including watchlists, notes, and preferences.
• "Account" means a registered profile that grants you access to certain features of the Service.
• "SECP" means the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements, that all information you provide is accurate and complete, and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law, regulation, sanction, or order in your country of residence or the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The Service is not directed at, and may not be used by, any person in a jurisdiction where such use would be unlawful. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access to any person at our sole discretion.

4. Description of the Service

PSX Expert is a free analytics platform that aggregates and presents publicly available Pakistan Stock Exchange market data. The Service scrapes the public PSX Data Portal and may use other public sources to display historical and current prices, technical indicators, fundamental metrics, screeners, charts, and automated AI Forecasts. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

• We are an independent platform and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to PSX, the SECP, or any listed company.
• The Service does not execute trades, hold funds, custody securities, or provide brokerage services of any kind.
• Features, data sources, indicators, and forecasts may be added, modified, suspended, or removed at any time without notice.
• We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free availability of the Service.

5. NOT Financial Advice

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. Nothing on the Service constitutes, and nothing should be construed as, financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting, tax, or other professional advice, nor a recommendation, solicitation, offer, or invitation to buy, sell, hold, or deal in any security, financial instrument, or product.

• All Content, including prices, indicators, fundamentals, scores, and AI Forecasts, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and on a strictly non-reliance basis.
• AI Forecasts are generated automatically by statistical and machine-learning models. They are inherently uncertain, may be materially wrong, and are not promises or guarantees of future performance. Past performance and historical patterns do not predict future results.
• We are not a securities advisor, investment adviser, portfolio manager, broker, or dealer, and we are not licensed or regulated by the SECP or any other authority to provide investment advice.
• You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. You must conduct your own independent research and due diligence and assess the suitability of any decision in light of your own objectives, financial situation, and risk tolerance.
• Trading and investing in securities, including those listed on PSX, involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of your entire capital. You should never invest money you cannot afford to lose.
• Before making any financial decision, you should consult a SECP-licensed financial advisor, broker, or other qualified professional.

6. Accounts & Security

Some features may require you to register an Account. When you create an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.

• You must notify us immediately at support@psxexpert.com of any unauthorized use of, or security breach affecting, your Account.
• You may not share, sell, transfer, or license your Account or credentials to any third party.
• You may not create an Account using false information, impersonate another person, or use automated means to register multiple Accounts.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

7. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not, and must not permit any third party to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable national, provincial, local, or international law or regulation, including the securities and anti-money-laundering laws of Pakistan.
• Engage in market manipulation, insider dealing, the dissemination of false or misleading information, or any other abusive market conduct.
• Scrape, harvest, crawl, mirror, or systematically extract Content or Market Data from the Service by automated means, except as expressly permitted by us in writing.
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or any Content without our prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, models, or underlying algorithms of the Service.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or related systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or impair the integrity or performance of the Service, including through denial-of-service attacks or excessive automated requests.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features, rate limits, or access controls.
• Use the Service to transmit unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access and reporting to law-enforcement authorities, against anyone who violates this section.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and all Content, design, software, code, models, indicators, compilations, layouts, graphics, logos, and trademarks (other than third-party Market Data and your User Content) are owned by or licensed to PSX Expert and are protected by Pakistani and international copyright, trademark, database, and other intellectual-property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You acquire no ownership interest in any Content through your use of the Service. Trademarks, service marks, and trade names of PSX or any listed company remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

9. Third-Party Data (PSX)

Market Data displayed on the Service is sourced from the public PSX Data Portal and other third-party feeds. This data is provided to you on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

• Market Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, out of sequence, or interrupted, and should not be treated as real-time or official exchange data.
• We do not originate, audit, verify, or endorse third-party data and make no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose.
• Official prices, indices, and corporate actions should always be confirmed directly with PSX, your broker, or other authoritative sources before you act on them.
• We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, suspensions, or changes by PSX or other data providers, or for any loss arising from your reliance on such data.

10. User Content (Watchlists)

The Service may allow you to create User Content such as watchlists, notes, and preferences. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and process it solely to the extent necessary to operate and provide the Service to you. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to submit it and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law. We may, but are not obligated to, remove User Content that violates these Terms. We process personal data within User Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL CONTENT, MARKET DATA, AND AI FORECASTS, IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• We do not warrant that any Content, indicator, or AI Forecast is accurate, reliable, complete, or will achieve any particular result.
• No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from us or through the Service, creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PSX EXPERT, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, INVESTMENT CAPITAL, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE, CONTENT, MARKET DATA, OR AI FORECASTS, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Without limiting the foregoing, we are not liable for any trading or investment losses you incur. Because the Service is provided free of charge, to the fullest extent permitted by law our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed one hundred Pakistani Rupees (PKR 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you; in such cases, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PSX Expert, its owners, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; (d) your User Content; or (e) any investment or trading decision you make. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claim.

14. Advertising & Third-Party Links

The Service is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense, and may display advertisements, sponsored content, and links to third-party websites and services. Such third parties may use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.

• We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party website, advertisement, product, or service.
• Your dealings with, or participation in promotions of, any advertiser or third party are solely between you and that party.
• Access to third-party content is at your own risk and may be subject to the third party's own terms and privacy practices.

15. Suspension & Termination

We may, at our sole discretion and without notice or liability, suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Service, and remove or disable any User Content, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and, where applicable, delete your Account. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends and you must cease all use of the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Definitions, Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and any accrued rights or obligations — shall survive.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, the Service, or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You and we irrevocably agree that the courts of Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Before initiating any formal proceedings, the parties agree to first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute amicably through written notice and negotiation for a period of at least thirty (30) days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it may, where the parties so agree, be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 (or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof), with the seat of arbitration in Pakistan and proceedings conducted in English.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, technology, law, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. The revised Terms become effective when posted. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

18. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if it cannot be so modified, severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with the documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them freely.
