Who are Fixed Rate / Return funds for?

Savers who want a steadier return than shares and can leave the money for a year or more. Prices move with interest rates, so a rate rise can cause a small dip.

MUFAP quotes these funds' returns as yearly rates: a 30-day figure of 10% means the fund earned at a pace of about 10% a year over those 30 days. Compare them with each other, not with an equity fund's total return.

Every Fixed Rate / Return fund

Best published one-year return first; a fund flagged "Check data" comes last. Returns are after the fund's own costs and before any sales load.

Returns are the trailing figures published by MUFAP. Risk is the level typical of the category, not each fund's own disclosed risk profile. Past performance does not predict future returns, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell.
